Innovation - The Fuzzy Front End
First Chapter Event! - Sponsored By: S.C. Johnson
We are pleased to announce that we have made significant progress in the development of our first local chapter meeting/presentation. On September 24, 2002, we will hold our first meeting at the SC Johnson Racine campus at their Rondelle. Erika Seamon, of Kuczmarski & Associates, Inc. will co-present along with Cheryl Slagter and Diane Scheurell from SC Johnson. The presentation will focus on the methods for uncovering breakthrough consumer needs that lead to breakthrough products. The discussion will also touch on insights and stories from observational research with SCJ products.
The event is scheduled to start with a Frank Lloyd Wright building tour from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. The presentation will start at 5:30 p.m.and conclude at 6:30 p.m.. There will be a networking/social hour complete with Hors'dorves immediately following the presentation. We will notify you if these times change slightly. Additional information will follow and sign up registration will be made available online on the PDMA web site.

We intend to hold future meetings at various locations throughout the state (namely, Appleton, Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee). We will be working on solidifying dates and topics for these meetings, and broadening awareness and membership for our chapter.
