Judy is the Director of the Project Management Office for Dow Jones & Company, the leader in publishing the world’s business and financial news. As a member of the CIO’s leadership team, she leads enterprise wide transformation process initiatives. She has lead programs to create and implement processes to manage and prioritize demand for Information Technology services and is currently implementing an enterprise governance platform to automate the company’s portfolio and project management capabilities.
Previously, Judy supported the establishment of the AT&T Project Management Center of Excellence. As a result of her promotion of cutting edge techniques in project/program communications, and the implementation of globally accepted project management standards and processes, she was selected for a special assignment by the Salt Lake Olympic Committee.
Judy has held various strategic assignments on large scale corporate initiatives within AT&T, Telcordia Technologies, formerly called Bell Communications Research, and as an independent consultant. In her role as an active member of PMI and on the Board of Directors for the PMI-NJ chapter, Judy’s contributions have been a steady and valuable resource to the project management community. In addition to her professional commitments, she makes it a priority to run in several charitable road races each year.
