Senior Project Engineer
Moldex-Metric, Inc., a growing West Los Angeles Health & Safety products company has opening for a Senior Project Engineer to support new product development plans. Partial responsibilities are as follows,
Project Responsibilities
- Develops project schedules, manages schedules, reports progress against schedules.
- Identifies project roadblocks, proposes options to remove roadblocks.
- Understands product cost targets and manages project to those targets.
- Manages, on a project basis, internal and external resources such as Engineering Assistant or outside engineering contractors.
- Liaison with in-house and or contract manufacturing partners to ensure timely new product launches.
Technical Responsibilities
- Works with Sales and Marketing to create technical specifications for new product concepts.
- Creates new part and assembly designs in 3D / 2D CAD.
- Creates new product test protocols, designs test fixtures, performs tests, report results, works with QA personnel to have new products tested.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of R&D.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Science Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Bachelor of Science Plastics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 3D / 2D CAD, Solidworks 2007 preferred
- Project management, preferably with tools such as MS Project and use of Critical Path Method
- General computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel
- Injection molded plastic part design / materials
- Basic knowledge of injection molding tooling

Product Manager II

This product manager will share responsibility for all activities related to management of the Bank’s personal online services, which includes but is not limited to market and competitor research and analyses, product strategy development, product planning/roadmapping, new product development and implementation, product marketing, management reporting and analysis, colleague education and training, and primary internal contact for product information. Manages complex and/or more strategic products for CNB. Interfaces with all levels of management throughout the Corporation.
Qualifications:
- *Bachelor's degree required
- Masters in Business Administration preferred.
- *Minimum 3 years experience in banking in the product management cash management products and services required
- *Minimum 3 years experience managing projects and/or small project team required
- Excellent knowledge of assigned products (e.g., strategy, competition, operations, regulations, compliance)
- Product management, product marketing and product launch experience preferred
- Strong understanding required of the bank’s entire suite of products, how they fit together, how strategically positioned and sold, etc., to provide the appropriate products and services to our clients.
- Excellent project planning and managerial skills required to plan, assign and monitor all assigned projects.
- Must demonstrate creativity when designing solutions to problems.
- Must possess superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven crisis management and problem solving skills.
