Featured Speaker:

Tim Lister

Principal, Atlantic Systems Guild, Inc.

In order for a project to deliver complex products successfully, we must learn how to court inherent risk, rather than try to avoid it, or even worse, ignore it. Every great project is full of risk; maybe that is why it is worth doing in the first place. This talk will explain all of the basics of risk management, and Tim Lister will offer the opinion that risk management IS project management for grown-ups.
