This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to
developing new products for the company. You will build products from
existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience
and your contact with customers and prospects.

Product Development Manager
Consumer goods, Cleveland OH
Salary range $ 70-90K + bonus
5-15 years experience in consumer goods, foods, cosmetics or similar. Experience in marketing to teenage and “tween” demographic.
Duties: Develop and evaluate new products in coordination with marketing department. and research and development team.
Manage product time lines. Define new product direction in coordination with marketing department. Develop shades and flavors
Analyze consumer, industry and competitive research and trends.

Salary range is $ 70-90K plus bonus.
7+ years in consumer products.
Company makes products for teenagers and “tweens”. Ideal candidate comes from a company that makes “fun” products or cosmetic company.
Duties include:
Implementation of marketing initiatives, retail concepts and new product rollouts
Work with product development department to solidify product lines.
Grow brand and find new places and persons to get product lines to. Retail, web wholesale clients.
