Monika Blaumueller is Managing Director of Blue-Mill, which provides business development services to technology companies. She was Director of Multimedia Services for a global satellite company, and worked with VeriSign to launch a wireless service in Asia.

Janeanne Rae, VP Education

Jeneanne was recognized by Business Week magazine's 2005 "Best Leaders of the Year" – "Jeneanne Rae is the innovation champion’s champion." She writes for that magazine's online Innovation channel.   For more than a dozen years, Jeneanne's career in innovation and design focused on product-based companies. Today, she is focused entirely on service innovation. She is an active public speaker and an adjunct professior at Georgetown University's McDunnough School of Business.

Cynthia Gilmer, Past-President, Treasurer

Ms. Gilmer is a principal with Opus Plus, a product development firm, and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of product management, systems engineering and product implementation.

Karen Quinones Pepe, VP, Training

Karen is an eBusiness and Product Management Consultant and is also teaching for the University of Phoenix, Online. Karen has many years of product management and development experience, having worked at AT&T, Teleglobe and Capital One.

John McCloskey, VP, Membership

John is a Senior Manager at SAVVIS Communications, currently responsible for the lifecycle management of IP Networking services. His 15 years of product management, marketing and design experience cover a variety of IP, data and wireless communications services. John holds BSEE and MBA degrees.

Robert Thomas is is Professor of Marketing in the McDonough School of Business and Executive Director of the Center for Professional Development at Georgetown University.
