Workshop - Story Telling to Improve Communications
Using the book The Story Factor by Annette Simmons, we discussed how story telling can be used to establish credibility, communicate values, and motivate people. During a follow up workshop, we will create our personal 3-minute story designed to quickly establish our authority, communicate our values, and build trust. We will discover how this approach can be expanded to communicate on other subjects in our business and personal life. If you have not read the book, don't worry! We will use excerpts from the book and from Annette's seminar. The workshop will be led by Mary Foltz who is a Director at Nextel and recently attended a workshop given by Annette Simons.
